Step-by-step procedure: How to resolve the matter safely

1. Delivery of original criminal record extract, sending electronic PDF (slovensko.sk), or procurement via power of attorney (Client ➔ Legalization Center Bratislava) For handling legalization, you have several convenient options: 1. Physical original – you can bring it to us in person to our office in Bratislava (Pluhová 17) or send by mail / courier. 2. Electronic extract via slovensko.sk – you can request the extract electronically and if it has been delivered to your slovensko.sk electronic mailbox, simply send us the PDF. We will provide a guaranteed conversion into paper form (conversion price is 40 €) and continue as if we had the original! 3. Procurement via power of attorney – if you are abroad or don't have time, we will completely procure the criminal record extract for you based on a power of attorney (uniform price of 120 € for Slovak citizens and foreign nationals alike). 2. Issuance of international Apostille certificate on the criminal record extract (Legalization Center Bratislava) We ensure the issuance of the international Apostille certificate under the Hague Convention directly on the original criminal record extract (135 € / document). The turnaround time for the Apostille is express 1 – 2 business days from the delivery of the original document (or completion of guaranteed conversion). 3. Certified court translation into Spanish and binding with tricolor ribbon (Authorized court translator registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic) We arrange a complete certified court translation of the criminal record extract and the Slovak Apostille certificate into Spanish (35 € / standard page).
