Step-by-step procedure: How to resolve the matter safely

1. Delivery of original study confirmation to Legalization Center Bratislava (Client ➔ Legalization Center Bratislava) To arrange the complete legalization, we need you to deliver the physical original of your university study confirmation bearing the original round red seal of the faculty and the handwritten signature of the dean or vice-dean. You can bring the document to us in person at our office in Bratislava (Pluhová 17) or send it by post / courier from anywhere in Slovakia or abroad. 2. Securing the Apostille certificate on the original study confirmation (Legalization Center Bratislava) We ensure the issuance of the international Apostille certificate under the Hague Convention directly on the original study confirmation (price 120 € / document). The turnaround time for the Apostille is approximately 3 weeks (this verification process unfortunately cannot be expedited). You do not need to go anywhere or deal with official formalities – we arrange the entire agenda and statutory fees for you. 3. Sworn court translation into Ukrainian and direct tricolor ribbon binding with the original (Authorized sworn court translator registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic) We arrange an authorized sworn court translation of the confirmation and Apostille certificate into Ukrainian (35 € / standard page). An authorized sworn court translator registered on the list of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic firmly binds the translation with a tricolor ribbon and state round seal directly to the apostilled original study confirmation. 4. Handover of the completed package or courier delivery (Legalization Center Bratislava) The complete set prepared for the Ukrainian social security office and pension fund (Пенсійний фонд України) for orphan's pension payout will be handed over to you in person at our office in Bratislava, or safely delivered by courier directly to you or to Ukraine.
