Step-by-step procedure: How to resolve the matter safely

1. Delivery of original report cards to Legalization Center Bratislava (Client ➔ Legalization Center Bratislava) To secure the entire legalization, we need you to deliver the originals of your report cards (annual report cards for each year of study and the school leaving certificate). You can bring the documents in person to our office in Bratislava (Pluhová 17) or send them by mail / courier from all over Slovakia and abroad. 2. Securing the Apostille certificate on the original report cards (Legalization Center Bratislava) We will arrange the issuance of the international Apostille certificate under the Hague Convention directly on the original of each report card. You do not have to go anywhere or handle any official formalities – we will arrange the entire process and fees for you. 3. Preparation of a notarized copy and issuance of the second Apostille certificate (Legalization Center Bratislava) From each apostilled report card, we will prepare an officially certified copy with a notary and subsequently obtain a second international Apostille certificate on the notarial clause. This two-stage procedure is an essential requirement of South Korean universities and immigration authorities. 4. Official sworn translation into English and tricolor ribbon binding (Authorized official sworn court translator) We will arrange a complete official sworn translation of the documents and Apostille clauses into English. A sworn court translator will firmly bind the translation with the notarized copy using a tricolor ribbon and official state round seal. We will deliver the finished package to you by courier or prepare it for personal collection.
