Authentication of Slovak documents for Italy

Italian universities, educational boards (for Dichiarazione di valore), employers, and registry offices require rigorous multi-stage authentication. Slovak diplomas, graduation certificates, and powers of attorney must be certified with an Apostille, translated into Italian by an authorized sworn court translator, and in many cases equipped with a second Apostille on the sworn translation itself.

Dual Apostille and specific requirements for Italy

Italian authorities strictly require that educational documents undergo verification on the original, followed by a notarized copy with a second Apostille, and a certified court translation into Italian. If required, the Legalization Center also procures an additional Apostille on the signature and seal of the court translator.
